Guardian Alarm technician Justin V. just updated our alarm panels in our home. He was efficient, professional and super polite. He cleaned up after himself and explained all of the changes and “hints” to the new alarm screens and touchpads, etc. We have used Guardian Alarm for our home’s protection for many years and found them to be a great company.

On April 18, 2025, the Guardian Alarm company dispatched a service representative named Justin V. to install the security system in my storefront. Justin called me 30 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated greatly. Upon arriving, he introduced himself with a friendly demeanor and confirmed the type of security system being installed. Throughout the installation process, I was impressed by his politeness and professionalism. He maintained a very tidy workspace, carefully managing all debris and trash, which reflected his commitment to providing excellent service. Highly recommended!

She showed professionalism by explaining the end of what we had and what could be added to the current system that could save us money. Finally there is T. J. Schumacher who did the installation, he knows his job. He showed his professionalism by setting up the parameters of the camera and explaining how to navigate the system with our phones and the new panel. As promised Shane See came back to us again to put everything on the Spectrum Internet Service. What a team I am so glad to have met them. They really made me feel supportive in my home security venture.
