My experience with Tony, the Manager was impressive. He had to work through some previous missteps in communication with others to resolve any issues or concerns on my end. It's rare to find such an effective manager anywhere these days. Tim K upgraded my existing alarm system and added cameras. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating and open when I asked for a change in location of the monitoring screen. He made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any further questions. I was delighted to find such an expert and would highly recommend requesting Tim K. if you choose Guardian alarm which I also highly recommend as a company.
