Sales team came out and inspected our home and recommended replacement security products that incorporated our existing hard wired sensors. They sent a few text messages through the week to notify appointment. Once the day of appointment was here, they called and confirmed the 1 to 2 hour window they were showing up. 30 minutes before they called to make sure we were still home and ready for their arrival. They showed up and fixed the problem within 10/20 minutes.
