Guardian Alarm is better and more attentive to their systems installed in your home than ADT in my humble opinion. Also they are a local company making them much more easy and quick to access, and one other point that all would appreciate is that their prices are way lower than ADT. ADT leaves much to be desired. Yes I had a bad experience with ADT when I needed it the most during the time of a funeral. So choose wisely.

Guardian has been responsive to our needs at our Solich Piano location at 2000 W Big Beaver in Troy. Yesterday, Major from the call center expertly helped to adjust our timing on the alarm panel, and today, Tony came out to fix a minor camera feed issue we were experiencing. The service call was scheduled for next week, but they had an opening in their schedule and bumped us up to the top! As you can see from these photos, we have a wide range of beautiful pianos, and Guardian helps to keep us safe and secure. Great service and support!

Haven't had a great experience with my local Guardian branch.... From customer service reps to even sadly.....supervisors. Was issues with my installation... But they made good on the problems. I like the system itself... The cameras are excellent.... Sensors are tight and detect what's needed.... App is user friendly for the most part. But the huge plus for me and my family was dealing with a supervisor named Tonya who was out of the Michigan location, who helped us out with a issue with our bill! She was immensely helpful and courteous and thorough.... And made sure she took care of everything in a timely fashion. We were on the verge of canceling our service due to consistent issues with billing.... But after dealing with Ms Tonya, my wife and I made the decision to stay with Guardian. My local Ohio office sure could learn a lot from this young lady!!! They need more employees of this stature at my local branch!!!

The service is also great - I like the app and the fact that the technology is relatively new/advanced. They are also extremely easy to get in touch with, which is one of the big selling points too.
