Haven't had a great experience with my local Guardian branch.... From customer service reps to even sadly.....supervisors. Was issues with my installation... But they made good on the problems. I like the system itself... The cameras are excellent.... Sensors are tight and detect what's needed.... App is user friendly for the most part. But the huge plus for me and my family was dealing with a supervisor named Tonya who was out of the Michigan location, who helped us out with a issue with our bill! She was immensely helpful and courteous and thorough.... And made sure she took care of everything in a timely fashion. We were on the verge of canceling our service due to consistent issues with billing.... But after dealing with Ms Tonya, my wife and I made the decision to stay with Guardian. My local Ohio office sure could learn a lot from this young lady!!! They need more employees of this stature at my local branch!!!

We were remodeling our home when it was broken into TWICE by thieves coming back to steal more. They stole thousands of dollars worth of equipment and numerous belongings of our own, leaving us (to put it mildly) feeling unsafe and beyond unsettled. We were so worried about moving back into our home, that we called Executive Security Consultants and they came out the next morning to secure our home and garage. Their employees are stellar, professional, and understood completely the state we were in before, during, and after installation of the system. The entire process was seamless and easy. We were also pleasantly surprised at available options and the price affordable and, well, PRICELESS! The ease at which our system operates from our phones makes us feel even more secure whenever we are home or away.
