Jeff Boggus recently installed two Yale locks at my residence. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He clearly knows his craft and provided excellent instruction on how to use the locks. I have had a security system with Guardian Alarm at my house for about 15 years now, with good reliable service. I can report how rapidly they respond to alarms and equipment loss of communication, due to recent problems I experienced. Technician identified the issue and possible solutions.

Yesterday, 9/26/2025, I had the main panel updated to the current technology because the existing panel was failing and the manufacturer no longer supported that model. All of the monitor devices in place were successfully transferred to the new unit and are working. A new video doorbell was added and is a clear improvement on the previous product.

I received support from the local Guardian Alarm office, Kara Pichichero in the office and Michael Roseblossom, the technician who installed the new equipment. The service was scheduled in reasonable time, completed promptly, and he left the house in good order. Michael walked me through the setup and explained how to use the new functions, and let me know I can contact Guardian for any additional questions that arise.

I am pleased with the service and equipment. I can recommend Guardian Alarm as a good choice for monitored home security.

The service technician was very knowledgeable about the system. He investigated the cause of the trouble notifications and corrected the problem. He was very energetic and completely investigated the system to make sure everything was working correctly. He will be returning to replace some defective components.

Technician Tim K was friendly and professional. He presented several options for updating our system and, without any sales pressure he gave me time to decide which option I preferred. Installation went well and he showed me how to operate the new keypad. He also had me download the my guardian app and he helped me set it up.
