My wife and I just started working with Guardian and we could not be happier. We have never felt a need for an alarm company or security cameras until recently, and this company made the process very easy.
When I first called for the appointment their employee Archie was really nice and helpful and got us a scheduled appointment with Nathan set for less than 48 hours later. Nathan came out listened to our concerns and what we were looking for and had us a quote the very next day.
We kept changing our minds from just cameras to cameras and security system so poor Nathan probably had to complete six different versions of the quote until we had everything we wanted including cameras, alarm system for break-ins, fire, carbon monoxide, and sump pump alarm. Even once we said we were set and they sent us the contract we still made 1 more change which Celina made at 4:15 on a Wednesday and resent to us. We immediately signed, paid the deposit and were then scheduled for Friday install, which I thought was a very impressive turnaround.
Our installers Anthony and Rudy arrived as scheduled and they were just as amazing and impressive as everyone else in the company had been. In fact when they started working on the camera install they realized the house we had bought was actually hard wired for cameras and there was a better option available for us. I know many contracting companies who would have just stuck to the work order they had rather than starting over with a far superior product, but they truly seemed to want to make sure we got the best option available rather than just working to get it done and get home. These two and really all the people I have talked to at Guardian seem to really put the customer first which is so refreshing in todays world. Anthony and Rudy also took time after the installation to walk us through the control panel and the app and showed us how to do everything with the system which if very user friendly and easy to use. Anthony is even stopping back next week with a larger permanent recording storage device that by the house being hardwired we are able to use. Just top notch start to finish; definitely a company I can recommend.

Guardian Alarm really did a fantastic job on my commercial camera install. I am very happy with there very friendly supportive staff as that walked me through how to view the cameras remotely and how to operate the system overall. Highly recommended and Thanks again

My alarm system was not being seen at their control center. After following their suggestions to fix it that didn't fix it, we setup an appointment for them to come to the house. The gentleman was very nice and polite. He took care of the problem in the box. Everything is working fine now.

Tim creatively solved one of the problems that occurred from interactions with my old Alarm. He’s very professional and extremely knowledgeable. It was fun to work with him. Boss, he deserves a raise!

Tim is a professional security system installer. He tightened up my existing system along with adding a new panel, CO, and Smoke detector's. He was quick and efficient. The service technician was very knowledgeable about the system. He investigated the cause of the trouble notifications and corrected the problem. He was very energetic and completely investigated the system to make sure everything was working correctly. He will be returning to replace some defective components.

June1,2026 at 10am i just had 2 of your technicians at my house.They arrived about nine fifty , and they left my home at 11:05 so they were here about an hour setting up a camera , and with a new key bob for my home , they did an excellent job , Anthony J. and Mark, Anthony has been to my home 3 × 2 install cameras. The keypad for me and he does a magnificent job. He is the best and I express to the guy that was working with him. The other technician that he has the best guy training him so I just hope that he continue to do well.I appreciate his work.

During the installation of our home security system, Tim K, the installer, went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed perfectly. Rudy and Frank were very thorough and tested all zones. They explained all settings walking through the process of set up.

Just wanted to share that our Guardian Alarm system install team Michael, TJ and Cameron were all outstanding. The crew had to come out twice because the extremely cold weather initially posed a problem. Michael was so thorough with all the details of our installation and made sure our questions were answered. TJ and Michael also made sure that we were okay with camera positions and alarm device placement before they permanently installed them. They truly worked with us every step of the way and provided great customer service.

Thanks for the guidance of our new system. I am enjoying the features of our updated alarm system. I thought I understood the quiick arm feature but I guess I prefer the words quick arm on the alarm like the older model. However, it is fairly rasy to use. John was very helpful.

Purchase and instalation went great! Very pleased with the system.

I had three doors replaced in my house and garage. I haven’t painted the trim yet but the alarm sensors had to be reinstalled. The service technician Mike did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and professional.
I couldn’t ask for better service.
Hopefully Mike gets some recognition for his fine work.

My "installation" was rather simple. Having been a customer already, I only needed to have my system reactivated. For those that don't know, it's a simple process of going through the panel to establish the connection with the monitoring and calibrating the cameras. After that you test the system and you're off.
My technician was Justin. A knowledgable nice guy who knows his stuff and made the process go by quick. If I were to require any technicians to come out for any reason in the future, I'd request him and be happy to wait whatever time was needed. A lot of people may know how to do the job but not everyone is great at customer service. He is.

After our alarm system provider of 35 plus years decided we were not worth making their system work, we were given Guardian's contact information from a family member. The installation was completed in one day by Justin V. He figured out everything about our old system, kept us informed and educated us on the new system. The sales person, Kara even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. What a difference from Cincinnati Alarm. Very customer focused. So far we are very satisfied with the new system.
