I recently had a Guardian Alarm system installed in my home. Lauren Mickens was the rep that got me started on the phone by explaining what would be the best for my home. Two days later, TJ, the Alarm Technician, came to install the system. He had a great sense of humor and explained how everything worked in great detail. Installation took less than 2 hours. The greatest benefit that I find that is so helpful to me is having the app on my phone so that I can arm/disarm the system from wherever I am.

Guardian tech came out within the said time and installed a Form C relay to our fire panel so we could have a new access reader installed on our entry doors. finished in 45 Mins.
