They really want to help and that makes a difference when you’re dealing with a company Tim came out today and I feel 100% satisfied with the work that he did for me. I appreciate him greatly and I suggest anyone just not just the people are kind and nice. Their service is A1. You won’t regret it. Thank you, Guardian.

My experience with Tony, the Manager was impressive. He had to work through some previous missteps in communication with others to resolve any issues or concerns on my end. It's rare to find such an effective manager anywhere these days.
Tim K upgraded my existing alarm system and added cameras.
He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating and open when I asked for a change in location of the monitoring screen. He made sure I understood everything and asked if I had any further questions. Thanks for the guidance of our new system. I am enjoying the features of our updated alarm system. I thought I understood the quiick arm feature but I guess I prefer the words quick arm on the alarm like the older model. However, it is fairly rasy to use. John was very helpful.

He was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient as my 4-year-old followed him around the entire time. The app works well. Would strongly recommend!

Purchase and instalation went great! Very pleased with the system.

I had three doors replaced in my house and garage. I haven’t painted the trim yet but the alarm sensors had to be reinstalled. The service technician Mike did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and professional.
I couldn’t ask for better service.
Hopefully Mike gets some recognition for his fine work.

My "installation" was rather simple. Having been a customer already, I only needed to have my system reactivated. For those that don't know, it's a simple process of going through the panel to establish the connection with the monitoring and calibrating the cameras. After that you test the system and you're off.
My technician was Justin. A knowledgable nice guy who knows his stuff and made the process go by quick. If I were to require any technicians to come out for any reason in the future, I'd request him and be happy to wait whatever time was needed. A lot of people may know how to do the job but not everyone is great at customer service. He is.

John was excellent in servicing our alarm system. He took time to explain and helped with understanding of panel and App.
We certainly appreciate the customer service he provided. Thank you.

John did an excellent job servicing our system. He was very courteous and answered any questions I had.

Justin was great!! Was thorough, discussed all details, patiently answered all my questions and left with a fully function, easy to operate, updated system. He was friendly and pleasant. If I had known it was this easy, I would have updated our system years ago. Highly recommended!!

Justin V was an amazing technician! He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the radio that was having issues. He was polite and cordial and knowledgeable, as well. He answered all of the questions about our system and any future upgrades that we had. Highly recommend having him out if you are having issues with the alarm system.

After our alarm system provider of 35 plus years decided we were not worth making their system work, we were given Guardian's contact information from a family member. The installation was completed in one day by Justin V. He figured out everything about our old system, kept us informed and educated us on the new system. The sales person, Kara even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. What a difference from Cincinnati Alarm. Very customer focused. So far we are very satisfied with the new system.

John was amazing. He was courteous, friendly and so helpful. Great experience.

Dave went above and beyond! Extremely polite and helpful!

I couldn't have asked for a better technician. Rudy was very knowledgeable respectful of my home and very nice spectrum is lucky to have a worker like that. He explained everything clearly and kept asking if I had any other questions. They need more workers like him. The only disappointment I had was the equipment they use. The wireless contacts they use are large plastic and are unpleasant to look at.

David was very knowledgeable about our system which is quite old and fixed the issue quickly.
