About a week ago, I spoke with a representative named Lisa, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire call. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes while she walked me through how to properly arm and disarm my alarm system.
I explained to her that I have a dog, and whenever I used “Arm Away,” my dog moving around would sometimes trigger the alarm. Lisa explained that using “Arm Stay” would work much better for my situation. Ever since following her advice, my alarm hasn’t gone off unnecessarily at all!
She took her time to make sure I understood everything and never made me feel rushed. I’m so happy I got the chance to speak with her that day. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition!

Thanks for the guidance of our new system. I am enjoying the features of our updated alarm system. I thought I understood the quiick arm feature but I guess I prefer the words quick arm on the alarm like the older model. However, it is fairly rasy to use. John was very helpful.
