About a week ago, I spoke with a representative named Lisa, and she was absolutely amazing. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful throughout the entire call. We were on the phone for about 30 minutes while she walked me through how to properly arm and disarm my alarm system.
I explained to her that I have a dog, and whenever I used “Arm Away,” my dog moving around would sometimes trigger the alarm. Lisa explained that using “Arm Stay” would work much better for my situation. Ever since following her advice, my alarm hasn’t gone off unnecessarily at all!
She took her time to make sure I understood everything and never made me feel rushed. I’m so happy I got the chance to speak with her that day. Excellent customer service like hers deserves recognition!

I had three doors replaced in my house and garage. I haven’t painted the trim yet but the alarm sensors had to be reinstalled. The service technician Mike did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and professional.
I couldn’t ask for better service.
Hopefully Mike gets some recognition for his fine work.

Getting my smoke detector and fire alarm system installed for my mental health group home facility was definitely a job!

The installers Anthony and Dave were very helpful and great at what they do.

I had the pleasure of working with Selena who overlooked the details and was able to work out Some minor issues that we came across.

Keith, their boss was a pleasure to work with and even was able to give me options for the down payment and balance due after installation.

Guardian Alarm took over for our long-time company SDG. After a 4-day power outage, my alarm panel wouldn't stop beeping when the power came on. Shanelle, my tech very patiently walked me through the several steps necessary for a reset, including being a huge moral support while I traced the alarm power lines through my 140-year-9ld basement to find its power source. She helped me with the steps to follow, and I am grateful for the professionalism and patience in a very stressful situation.
