Tim Kapottos deserves more than 5 stars for work “above and beyond” upgrading my Guardian alarm system in the fall of 2025. He is an expert technician, a great problem solver and a genuinely nice person. The upgrades were expected to be relatively simple, but turned out to be more complex. Tim had to solve a number of unexpected problems to complete the work, and he worked methodically to solve each one. He also took the time to explain what was happening. The next time I need a Guardian technician, I hope it’s Tim (or someone he trained).

I am very happy with Guardian Alarm of Columbus. I had a theft outside of my home and contacted them the day before Christmas Eve- 12/23/24.
