My alarm had a zone smoke detector problem. The tech was so polite and gave me valuable info about where to obtain the correct battery. He was wonderful and I hope to get the same tech if I need service again

I am very happy with Guardian Alarm of Columbus. I had a theft outside of my home and contacted them the day before Christmas Eve- 12/23/24. The immediate response was wonderful and the morning of December 24, 2024, cameras were installed outside adding to my inhouse security. Thank you, Mark Howells, my salesperson and the terrific young man who drove from Dayton, Ohio and installed them. I have had other security companies, but Guardian Alarm is the very best.

Thanks for the guidance of our new system. I am enjoying the features of our updated alarm system. I thought I understood the quiick arm feature but I guess I prefer the words quick arm on the alarm like the older model. However, it is fairly rasy to use. John was very helpful.
