I am very happy with Guardian Alarm of Columbus. I had a theft outside of my home and contacted them the day before Christmas Eve- 12/23/24. The immediate response was wonderful and the morning of December 24, 2024, cameras were installed outside adding to my inhouse security. Thank you, Mark Howells, my salesperson and the terrific young man who drove from Dayton, Ohio and installed them. I have had other security companies, but Guardian Alarm is the very best.

After 27 years, my home alarm system needed to be brought up to modern standards. I worked with Nicole Jensen in Sales to get a quote on a new system. She was very quick in getting me the information and getting the installation scheduled. Tim Kapottos installed the new system. Tim was very polite and knowledgeable. Tim suggested some changes that would make our system more enjoyable to use and more secure (e.g., replace both of the 27-year-old smoke detectors). After the installation was completed, Tim walked me through the operation of the new system.
Excellent service and reasonable amount if time spent resolving my issue.
