On April 18, 2025, the Guardian Alarm company dispatched a service representative named Justin V. to install the security system in my storefront. Justin called me 30 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated greatly. Upon arriving, he introduced himself with a friendly demeanor and confirmed the type of security system being installed. Throughout the installation process, I was impressed by his politeness and professionalism. He maintained a very tidy workspace, carefully managing all debris and trash, which reflected his commitment to providing excellent service. Highly recommended!
We had TJ Schumacher out this past week to hook up a doorbell he was prompt really friendly. Knew exactly what he was doing ! Definitely would recommend him to install! Thank you again

The quoting and installation process was quick, easy, cost effective and informative. I would highly recommend Executive Security Consultants to anyone in the Columbus or Surrounding areas.
Even through the craziness of COVID-19, their staff was extremely helpful, prompt, suited (all wore the necessary PPE) and knowledgeable. They were able to explain the entire installation and User Interface Process flawlessly and get the job completed in a short time.

I have had a on going problem with my front camera and today technician Jeff Boggus came out to see what he could do. He was amazing and new what to do to fix the problem. He was great to work with - thank you Jeff for great customer service. I also had great experiences with Ernie Krinchek also. They have always come to fix any issues that I have had with the system. Great company - they care about their customers.

I am very happy with Guardian Alarm of Columbus. I had a theft outside of my home and contacted them the day before Christmas Eve- 12/23/24. The immediate response was wonderful and the morning of December 24, 2024, cameras were installed outside adding to my inhouse security. Thank you, Mark Howells, my salesperson and the terrific young man who drove from Dayton, Ohio and installed them. I have had other security companies, but Guardian Alarm is the very best.
