Today, when your alarm is triggered, our monitoring team tries to call your home or your emergency contacts one by one. But with fewer than 20% of those calls answered, it creates delays and sometimes leads to unnecessary dispatches.
Alert Message fixes that with alarm monitoring tailored to the way we live today.
Instead of waiting for a phone call, you’ll get an instant text message that lets you:
- Cancel a false alarm immediately
- Request emergency help in a real situation
- Keep your whole contact list in the loop
Guardian Alarm will still continue to call with critical alarms.
This new messaging will be added on as a secondary notification for any alarm or alerts as needed.
