Guardian Alarm has been our alarm service provider for roughly 19 years. We wanted to add video to our system. We reached out to them and were able to set up an appointment with Matt (Residential Security Consultant) immediately. We discussed what we were trying to accomplish with Matt and he helped us craft a plan to upgrade and add video to our system and scheduled the install for the following week. TJ arrived at the scheduled time and did the install in a matter of hours. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to set up the system and phone application just the way we wanted it. The experience of working with Guardian to upgrade and update our system makes us very confident we are working with the right security system provider. We would highly recommend them to others for residential security services.

Technician was patient with me during the process of troubleshooting my home alarm issues. We were successful in tracking down the problem.
I have always had very good service from guardian alarm. The most recent problem was a low battery which sets off your alarm periodically, sometimes in the middle of the night!. It sends alerts to all on your account for alerts. It took 6 days for the 1ST battery to arrive which after 24 hours of charging would not charge. So am get the 2nd one now. You use to go to the warehouse and get them. It's no longer an option since they have changed locations. Very inconvenient. The tech support are helpful as much as they can and very friendly though.
Guardian has been my home security for years. After remodel of house they put things back to rights and informed me of upgrades to the system

I recently had a Guardian Alarm system installed in my home. Lauren Mickens was the rep that got me started on the phone by explaining what would be the best for my home. Two days later, TJ, the Alarm Technician, came to install the system. He had a great sense of humor and explained how everything worked in great detail. Installation took less than 2 hours. The greatest benefit that I find that is so helpful to me is having the app on my phone so that I can arm/disarm the system from wherever I am.

Haven't had a great experience with my local Guardian branch.... From customer service reps to even sadly.....supervisors. Was issues with my installation... But they made good on the problems. I like the system itself... The cameras are excellent.... Sensors are tight and detect what's needed.... App is user friendly for the most part. But the huge plus for me and my family was dealing with a supervisor named Tonya who was out of the Michigan location, who helped us out with a issue with our bill! She was immensely helpful and courteous and thorough.... And made sure she took care of everything in a timely fashion. We were on the verge of canceling our service due to consistent issues with billing.... But after dealing with Ms Tonya, my wife and I made the decision to stay with Guardian. My local Ohio office sure could learn a lot from this young lady!!! They need more employees of this stature at my local branch!!!
