We have had Guardian Alarm since 2006. Service is always excellent and there is ALWAYS a live person who answers the phone. We recently upgraded our system and in addition, we added wireless smoke detectors and Kelsey, (the sales person who answered all my questions regarding the upgrade and scheduled our service visit) and Seth, (the technician who came out to our home) were wonderful. We would recommend Guardian Alarm to anyone looking to protect their home and family.

Haven't had a great experience with my local Guardian branch.... From customer service reps to even sadly.....supervisors. Was issues with my installation... But they made good on the problems. I like the system itself... The cameras are excellent.... Sensors are tight and detect what's needed.... App is user friendly for the most part. But the huge plus for me and my family was dealing with a supervisor named Tonya who was out of the Michigan location, who helped us out with a issue with our bill! She was immensely helpful and courteous and thorough.... And made sure she took care of everything in a timely fashion. We were on the verge of canceling our service due to consistent issues with billing.... But after dealing with Ms Tonya, my wife and I made the decision to stay with Guardian. My local Ohio office sure could learn a lot from this young lady!!! They need more employees of this stature at my local branch!!!

He took the time to go over all of the options that were a available to me and also breaking it all down. Great experience with my dad's place so we decided to get it for home. I love that they tell you exactly what you need and not try to sell anything extra. The service is also great - I like the app and the fact that the technology is relatively new/advanced. They are also extremely easy to get in touch with, which is one of the big selling points too. I feel confident that our home will be taken care of and I'm glad we went with them. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.
