Guardian Alarm has been our alarm service provider for roughly 19 years. We wanted to add video to our system. We reached out to them and were able to set up an appointment with Matt (Residential Security Consultant) immediately. We discussed what we were trying to accomplish with Matt and he helped us craft a plan to upgrade and add video to our system and scheduled the install for the following week. TJ arrived at the scheduled time and did the install in a matter of hours. He was very knowledgeable and worked with us to set up the system and phone application just the way we wanted it. The experience of working with Guardian to upgrade and update our system makes us very confident we are working with the right security system provider. We would highly recommend them to others for residential security services.

I recently had a Guardian Alarm system installed in my home. Lauren Mickens was the rep that got me started on the phone by explaining what would be the best for my home. Two days later, TJ, the Alarm Technician, came to install the system. He had a great sense of humor and explained how everything worked in great detail. Installation took less than 2 hours. The greatest benefit that I find that is so helpful to me is having the app on my phone so that I can arm/disarm the system from wherever I am.

Guardian tech came out within the said time and installed a Form C relay to our fire panel so we could have a new access reader installed on our entry doors. finished in 45 Mins.
