John Fay was an Excellent service provider. Our home has many similar descriptive rooms so it’s not easy to determine the names given to each installed alarm component and I was of little help. He looked for malfunctioning alarms and found each one bringing each to the alarm box to match numbers to make sure it was correct. Not only did I guide him in the wrong direction, but he kept his same upbeat demeanor with much kindness and patience while troubleshooting all the alarms.
