The acquisition strengthens Guardian Alarm’s commercial footprint in the Memphis market and supports the company’s continued growth strategy across the Mid-South. ESSC has built a strong reputation for delivering comprehensive security and fire protection solutions for businesses and maintaining trusted relationships with local customers throughout Tennessee, Mississippi and Arkansas since 1987.

As part of the transition, ESSC will be integrated with Frase Protection, Guardian Alarm’s Memphis-based brand.
