Emergency Response
Reinvented with Alert Message

At Guardian Alarm, we believe smart security should also be simple. That’s why we’ve introduced Intelligent Virtual Voice Notifications, a better way to handle non-emergency alarm events like power issues, battery warnings, or communication troubles.

What’s Changing?

In the past, even low-priority alerts could trigger calls from our monitoring team. Now, with automated voice notifications, you’ll receive a single, easy-to-understand phone call with clear details about the issue.

You’ll hear something like:

“Hello, this is Guardian Alarm calling about your alarm system at 123 Main Street. We received a power failure alert. Press 1 to acknowledge, 2 to repeat the message, or 0 to speak to a specialist.”

Why It Works for You:

  • Alerts only when needed—no more repeated or unnecessary calls
  • Sequential call routing to your contact list until someone responds
  • Smart grouping of non-emergency alerts to get more timely responses to any issues

It’s smarter. It’s faster. It’s security that works for you.

Customer FAQ

What are Intelligent Virtual Voice Notifications?

They’re automated voice calls that notify you about non-emergency alerts, such as power outages or system warnings—keeping you informed without overwhelming you.

How do the calls work?

The system calls each contact on your list, one at a time, with a clear message. You can press 1 to acknowledge the alert, 2 to replay the message, or 0 to speak with Guardian Alarm.

What types of alerts trigger these calls?

Only non-emergency signals such as AC power loss, sensor trouble, phone line failure, low battery, or similar system-level issues.

Will I get flooded with calls?

No. The system uses intelligent grouping and timing delays to prevent repeated calls for the same issue. It’s designed to notify you only when necessary.

What happens if my system is in test mode?

The system knows when your alarm is in test mode and automatically suppresses any non-critical alerts during that time.

What phone number will the call come from?

Caller ID will display Guardian Alarm so you know it is from us and the number will display our general line.
