1. Eligibility:

• This giveaway is open to legal residents of Michigan and Ohio who are 18 years of age or older as of December 2, 2023.
• Employees of Guardian Alarm, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their spouses) and those living in the same household are not eligible.  

2. How to Enter:
To enter the daily giveaway, you must:

• Follow @GuardianAlarm on Facebook and Instagram.
• Like the daily giveaway post.
• OR, fill out the online entry form on the Guardian Alarm website.

3. Prize:
Each day, one winner will be randomly selected to receive a security product or service from Guardian Alarm. The specific prize will be announced daily on Guardian Alarm’s social media channels.

Winners will be give prize as described. Additional service, equipment and monitoring charges required to t use equipment prizes and services.

4. Winner Selection and Notification:

• A winner will be selected the following day at 8am EST
• Guardian Alarm will attempt to contact the winner via Facebook, Instagram, email, or phone.
• If a winner cannot be contacted within 30 days of the initial notification attempt, the prize will be forfeited.

5. General Conditions:

• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.
• Void where prohibited by law.
• By participating, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all injuries, losses, damages, rights, claims, and actions of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.  
• Guardian Alarm reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway at any time without notice.
• Guardian Alarm’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.

6. Privacy Policy: Information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering the giveaway and may be used by Guardian Alarm for future marketing purposes. Please refer to Guardian Alarm’s Privacy Policy for more information.
