Tim Kapottos came and installed a system at my mother’s new home and went above and beyond to make my mom comfortable. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and pleasant the whole time. I would totally recommend him and Guardian Alarm.

Adam R. did a fantastic job at installing my parent’s home security system. He was professional and courteous and took time to explain the installation. He went the extra mile to help them. Our experience was fantastic & would highly recommend Adam and Guardian. Nicole also helped me establish an account for them and she was a delight to work with and was very thorough and prompt answering all our questions.

John F. came at the scheduled time and explained what he was going to replace, then test each sensor. Once complete, John had me download the Guardian app and showed me the features. He took his time with me, was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood the app. Overall, a very easy install. Thanks John, appreciate the time spent on our install.

He talked us through the process of installation of our new cameras, then also made sure we understood the app. I highly recommend Guardian and highly recommend Rudy to be your technician.

Our Guardian tech Jeff B was out this morning to install our new security system as well as a few additional devices. He spent at least 3 hours with us, a third being used for how to information. He was courteous and took his time going over our new system.
