After our alarm system provider of 35 plus years decided we were not worth making their system work, we were given Guardian's contact information from a family member. The installation was completed in one day by Justin V. He figured out everything about our old system, kept us informed and educated us on the new system. The sales person, Kara even stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly. What a difference from Cincinnati Alarm. Very customer focused. So far we are very satisfied with the new system.

Justin V was an amazing technician! He was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the radio that was having issues. He was polite and cordial and knowledgeable, as well.
