I had three doors replaced in my house and garage. I haven’t painted the trim yet but the alarm sensors had to be reinstalled. The service technician Mike did a great job. He was prompt, courteous and professional.
I couldn’t ask for better service.

During the installation of our home security system, Tim K, the installer, went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed perfectly. Service via phone call to reconnect two keypads was excellent. The problem occurred after new routers were installed at my house.
The technician was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and kind.
The interaction took a long time … probably due to the fact that the technician was dealing with a non-techie grandmother.
