My experience with Tony, the Manager was impressive. He had to work through some previous missteps in communication with others to resolve any issues or concerns on my end. It's rare to find such an effective manager anywhere these days.
Tim K upgraded my existing alarm system and added cameras.
He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and very accommodating and open when I asked for a change in location of the monitoring screen. Getting my smoke detector and fire alarm system installed for my mental health group home facility was definitely a job!

The installers Anthony and Dave were very helpful and great at what they do.

I had the pleasure of working with Selena who overlooked the details and was able to work out Some minor issues that we came across.

Keith, their boss was a pleasure to work with and even was able to give me options for the down payment and balance due after installation.

Overall, I appreciate working with Guardian Alarm and would recommend them for any project big or small.
