The service technician was very knowledgeable about the system. He investigated the cause of the trouble notifications and corrected the problem. He was very energetic and completely investigated the system to make sure everything was working correctly. He will be returning to replace some defective components.
Technician Tim K was friendly and professional. He presented several options for updating our system and, without any sales pressure he gave me time to decide which option I preferred. Installation went well and he showed me how to operate the new keypad. He also had me download the my guardian app and he helped me set it up.

Guardian Alarm technician Justin V. just updated our alarm panels in our home. He was efficient, professional and super polite. He cleaned up after himself and explained all of the changes and “hints” to the new alarm screens and touchpads, etc. We have used Guardian Alarm for our home’s protection for many years and found them to be a great company.

Was having trouble keeping my codes on my cell phone I called guardian alarm they transferred me to tech got a really good guy walk me through. It had to have. He had a lot of patience to deal with me because I am not that good at this tech stuff so I was very impressed with how he had the patience Guarding alarm is very good. Justin called me 30 minutes before his arrival, which I appreciated greatly. Upon arriving, he introduced himself with a friendly demeanor and confirmed the type of security system being installed. Throughout the installation process, I was impressed by his politeness and professionalism. He maintained a very tidy workspace, carefully managing all debris and trash, which reflected his commitment to providing excellent service. Highly recommended!
