Service via phone call to reconnect two keypads was excellent. The problem occurred after new routers were installed at my house. The technician was very knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and kind. The interaction took a long time … probably due to the fact that the technician was dealing with a non-techie grandmother. My thanks to Roger!
