My "installation" was rather simple. Having been a customer already, I only needed to have my system reactivated. For those that don't know, it's a simple process of going through the panel to establish the connection with the monitoring and calibrating the cameras. After that you test the system and you're off.
My technician was Justin. A knowledgable nice guy who knows his stuff and made the process go by quick. If I were to require any technicians to come out for any reason in the future, I'd request him and be happy to wait whatever time was needed. A lot of people may know how to do the job but not everyone is great at customer service. He is.

Was having trouble keeping my codes on my cell phone I called guardian alarm they transferred me to tech got a really good guy walk me through. It had to have. He had a lot of patience to deal with me because I am not that good at this tech stuff so I was very impressed with how he had the patience Guarding alarm is very good. I’ve had them for many many years. Hope this helps.
