The Guardian Team, with their expertise, assisted me in the sale of an upgraded camera system that significantly improved our home security and provided peace of mind. From the start of this security venture, Shane See was the first technician who showed great dedication to get us what we needed, especially to see our cameras while away from home. He promised to help us with a system that we could use and make affordable since we just finished paying off an older system ,Speco Technologies. He demonstrated professionalism by returning to his office to get the support he needed to deliver a great system. Angela Woodman, our Security Consultant, was informative and professional at explaining the security devices we told her what we wanted, and she delivered. She showed professionalism by explaining the end of what we had and what could be added to the current system that could save us money. Finally there is T. J. Schumacher who did the installation, he knows his job. He showed his professionalism by setting up the parameters of the camera and explaining how to navigate the system with our phones and the new panel. As promised Shane See came back to us again to put everything on the Spectrum Internet Service. What a team I am so glad to have met them. They really made me feel supportive in my home security venture.

Joe was professional and knew his stuff! He was able to figure out the problem and get my system back up and running. PLUS the manager I spoke with about the problem originally was great! Everyone is always pleasant and professional.

Our Guardian tech Jeff B was out this morning to install our new security system as well as a few additional devices. He spent at least 3 hours with us, a third being used for how to information. He was courteous and took his time going over our new system.

Upon Tim’s arrival he had a winning greeting and had an awesome approach to explain his scope of work & how dedicated he was to doing a great job for us today.
