Guardian Alarm was expecting to obtain a regularly scheduled test signal from your alarm device, but did not receive one.
There is a problem with the transmission of signals to our Central Office from your device. In order for any device to communicate properly to us, it must have a good means of communication.
If you have had any changes in phone service, internet outages or any power issues to your device this will affect your regularly scheduled test signal.
Please make sure your unit is plugged into its power source properly. If your system is connected to a phone line then please make sure it is secure and active.
If there has been an internet outage then contact your internet provider. Please let them know that you have been experiencing internet communication issues.
If all lines of communication seem normal then please contact Guardian Alarm at 800-782-9688 for service on your device.
